Hi, my name is Dave, and I’m a craftsman.

Some members of my family are artists. I’m not. My gift is making things.

Thirty years ago, at an arts and crafts show, I met a man doing beautiful sandblast etching. I was hooked. I bought a used sandblaster, and I’ve been blasting ever since.

Over the years, I’ve made bar glasses, dog dishes, mirrors (my favorite), and now glass coasters. Every piece I make is sandblasted by hand, embossed for texture, and airbrush painted—because that’s the right way to do it.

When I’m not blasting glass, I’m usually wandering the Arizona desert searching for ancient petroglyphs.
